Set a deadline as to when you want your hair to be cleansed and use the Folli-Clean Shampoo within 24 hours of your hair cleansing deadline.
Wash hair thoroughly with this product using a quarter bottle (.5 oz). Leave shampoo in your hair for 5 minutes.
Rinse and leave hair damp.
Wait 5 minutes and then apply remainder of bottle (1.5 oz.) to your hair by massaging thoroughly into your scalp using only your fingers.
Wash and massage any body hair you may also want cleansed. Leave shampoo in your hair for 5 minutes. For maximum results use warm water.
Rinse and style your hair but avoid ALL hair products including gels and sprays.
Wait 1 hour and then your hair is cleansed for 24 hours

AVOID ALL UNWANTED TOXINS FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS PROGRAM.
The capsules work best when taken with the least amount of food in your stomach. Food can absorb the capsuled ingredients and make them less effective. The instructions indicate you should take the capsules one hour before breakfast and one hour after dinner. We recommend those times because that's when you are most likely to have the least amount of food in your stomach. When possible, it is best to take the AM and PM capsules to about 12 hours apart. In the unlikely event stomach discomfort occurs, take the capsules with food.
Hydrate yourself with water, 100% cranberry juice and/or green tea. It's not necessary to drink all 3 liquids but variety can be nice when drinking 100 ounces of liquid per day.
Food Rules: Avoid Heavy Starches (like Bread,Pasta, Pizza, and Potatoes), Dairy, Fried Food, Fatty Meats, Processed Foods, High Sodium, Candy, Dessert, and Soft Drinks. Go for Lean Meats, Veggies, Salads, Fruits, and Low Carb Alternatives.
After cleansing, avoid laying on pillows. Do not wear hats, head scarves or any other head covering.
The cleansing effect takes about an hour to start and will continue cleansing for 24 hours. (After 24 hours, toxins recirculate through your bloodstream and back to your hair cortex.)
