All packages are shipped through UPS in a standard UPS box. We have our own shipping department that ships all orders Monday through Friday the same day we receive them until 6PM EST and customer service to help you change, track or locate a package. Once your order is shipped you will received an email with your UPS tracking information so you can track your shipment at any point.

We do not ship orders in the evenings (after 6PM EST), on the weekends, or during holidays.
All Domestic and International Orders Received are shipped UPS:
*No Sunday Deliveries: All orders placed after 6PM EST on Friday will ship Monday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will also ship out on Monday.
*Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. 2nd day, 3day, and Ground shipments do not move during and are not delivered on weekends.
Customers who refuse their order at the time of delivery regardless of any shipping delays will still be liable for shipping costs, as we have to pay UPS for shipping regardless of whether or not the customer decides to ultimately refuse the delivery. UPS automatically charges us additional shipping fees for refused deliveries. If the order is refused, a refund for the purchase price of the items ordered minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued within 60 days after the order is returned to us. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products and for the health and safety of future customers we do not restock or resell products which have been in the hands of previous customers. Once an order has been delivered we cannot accept a return of unused items. If items are returned in a different box or the original self-sealing UPS shipping box has been opened, taped closed, and returned, no refund will be issued.
If you do not request a signature requirement in the order notes, the order may be left at your door when you are not home. We are not responsible for package theft from your property after delivery.
Cancellations/Returns
Cancellation requests cannot be confirmed via telephone!
To cancel an order prior to shipment please send a written request to Refunds@passyourtest.com
Be sure to include your name and order number in your request for cancellation.There are no fees associated with a cancellation if the written request is made prior to shipment.
If a request for cancellation is made after the order has shipped, a return may or may not be possible depending on the orders state of transit. If a return of the order is possible, any fees associated with that potential return will be explained in the email response to your written request for cancellation. A written reply from you, agreeing to those terms provided, will then be required in order to move forward with a potential return.

- Friday, December 25, 2026: Christmas Day
- Thursday December 31, 2026 – limited service Next day only for delivery Monday
- Friday, January 1, 2027: New Year’s Day
*Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. * Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order. If you refuse the delivery of your package, you are still liable for the shipping costs plus the additional cost of the return (20% restocking fee)
