Clean Caps AND Clean Shot, PLUS:
90 minutes before your cleansing deadline shake the shot bottle well and then drink the shot.
Take 4 capsules and then drink 12oz of water within 5 minutes of drinking the shot.
Wait 10 minutes and then take 4 capsules with 12oz of water.
Repeat Step 3 two more times to take a total of 12 capsules with 36oz of water.
After urinating 4 times, you will have 5 hours from that point where all of your urinations will be cleansed.
This process should take 45 minutes from start to finish and you will take a total of 16 capsules, 1 shot and 48oz of water.
It will take most people a minimum of 3 to 4 urinations to fully clear the toxins from the body, we recommend 4 times just to be safe.
